26. ARBITRATION
26.1 Any dispute shall first be resolved through arbitration.
26.2 Arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by Company.
26.3 Arbitration seat shall be Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh.
26.4 Proceedings shall be confidential.
27. JURISDICTION
Subject to arbitration clause, courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
28. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms governed by laws of India.
29. MODIFICATION
Company reserves right to modify Terms at any time.
